The feel good Disney Lilo and Stitch 2002 movie has been remade into a live action film. I went into it skeptical that I would have a good time. However it makes you want to go to Hawaii and hit the beach right in time for summer vacation. The adorable Stitch made me want to root for the aliens. Maia Kealoha steals your heart as Lilo and the animatronic Stitch is such an adorable friend to Lilo that you can’t help but root for the new family created with the arrival of Stitch into the family fold. Ohana means family and no one gets left behind. This is one film you should bring the whole family to. The film should inspire a few student sketches during the final weeks of school.
